Signing in

Sign in to your workspace with your email and password, or through your company’s identity provider if your workspace uses . You need a sign-in on that workspace, either one you created or one set up for you.

Every workspace has its own address, such as acme.mitratechcomp.com. That page, Welcome Back, asks for your Email and Password. Select Sign In.

If either is wrong you stay on the form with an error, and can try again. If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot password? and follow Resetting your password.

A password belongs to one workspace. If you use the same email address in more than one workspace, sign in to each on its own address, with its own password.

If you don’t know your workspace’s address

Section titled “If you don’t know your workspace’s address”
  1. On the Mitratech Comp home page, select Sign In.
  2. Enter your Email and select Continue.
  3. Open the email we send and follow its link.

The email lists every workspace that address can use: a sign-in link for each workspace you already belong to, and an activation link for each one you’ve been invited to. Each link takes you to that workspace’s own sign-in page. The page shows the same message whatever address is entered, so it never reveals which workspaces an address belongs to.

Once you’ve signed in, the same page remembers your workspace and offers Continue to it by name. To use another address, select Not you? Use a different email.

If your workspace uses single sign-on, its sign-in page shows Log in with SSO. Select it to sign in through your company’s identity provider. When your workspace requires single sign-on for everyone, the password field isn’t shown and Log in with SSO is the way in. The first time you use single sign-on with a sign-in you already have, the page says Check your email: open the link we sent to the address on your sign-in, select Yes, this was me, then select Continue to sign in and sign in with SSO again. Provisioning single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM covers setting it up.

If you’ve set up , you’re asked for your code after your password. If your workspace requires two-step verification and you haven’t set it up yet, we email you a one-time code to sign in with instead.

You stay signed in for up to 30 days from the time you signed in, and then sign in again. To sign out sooner, open your profile menu and select Logout.

If your workspace signs in through WCP Hub

Section titled “If your workspace signs in through WCP Hub”

A workspace on WCP Hub has no sign-in form. Its address takes you straight to Hub, where you sign in with your Hub account and its second factor, and you land in the workspace with no second prompt. If the page doesn’t move on, select Continue to WCP Hub.

Nobody signs in with a password in a Hub workspace, and that includes the , who has no password sign-in to fall back on. A person Hub knows but the workspace doesn’t sees You don’t have access yet: they ask their admin to give them access to Mitratech Comp in Hub. A session lasts up to seven days, not 30, and then you sign in again, through Hub. See Mitratech Comp on WCP Hub.
